Chief Minister Hemant Soren launched ‘Aap Ki Yojana - Aapki Sarkar - Aapke Dwar’ programme in Giridih district on Wednesday. He said that through this programme every village-panchayat has to be covered with welfare schemes and every person has to be ensured by connecting them with these schemes and your cooperation is very important in this. On this occasion, the CM also launched the Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana.
The CM said that the second phase of ‘Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ will be monitored through the portal. On this portal, the information of camps to be organized in Panchayats of every district will be uploaded every day and it will be reviewed every week. “Apart from this, I myself will review the performance of the applications received in the special camp. In the first phase, under the Sarkar Aapke Dwar programme organised last year, people were connected with the schemes by organizing special camps in 6000 panchayats, in which 99 per cent of the applications received regarding the problems have been resolved. This programme was very successful and I am saying with full confidence that the second phase of Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar programme will prove to be 100 per cent successful,” he said.
The CM said that earlier one had to visit the district and block level offices to get information about the schemes and take benefits of them. At the same time, today the government is reaching people’s doors and solving problems, also connecting them with welfare schemes. The village-panchayat, which the administration never reached, today the officials are reaching people’s house. This government is listening to people and is also working.
Soren said that the government is making welfare schemes keeping in mind every section and every section and it is being successfully implemented on the ground. You should take information about these schemes and inform others also so that every person of the state can be benefited from these schemes.
The CM said that our government has implemented Universal Pension Scheme. Through this, pension is being ensured to all the elderly, widows, single woman, abandoned. Not only this, instructions have been given to the officers in this regard to get their pension by the 5th of every month.
The CM said that children should get better and quality education, it is one of the priorities of the government. He said that model schools are being opened in all the districts, where children will be given education on the lines of private schools. 100 per cent scholarship is being given for higher education abroad. The hostels of the Welfare Department are being renovated. Here, now there will be arrangements for cooks and watchmen, as well as food grains will also be provided by the government.
The CM said that the government would also felicitate the toppers of CBSE and ICSE boards along with Jharkhand Board. Under this, three lakh rupees will be given to the first topper, two lakhs to the second and one lakh rupees to the third topper. The Chief Minister said that the government has more than doubled the amount of scholarship for the students, so that, students can study in a better way.
The CM said that the youth of Jharkhand should also progress through sports, for this the government has started many schemes. Sports grounds are being built in every village-panchayat and stadium is being constructed in the block. The same players have been appointed directly. Sports officers have been reinstated in every district. All facilities are being provided to the players for training. It is our endeavour that Jharkhand should also make a mark in the field of sports.
Soren said that the government is continuously working in the interest of farmers in Jharkhand. In the coming days, farmers are not dependent on God for agriculture; the government is going to do special work on irrigation schemes. It is our endeavour that there should be water in every field throughout the year, so that the crops are always in the fields. Along with this, instructions have also been given to the officials to provide fertilizers and seeds to the farmers on time.
The CM said that in case of drowning in pond-dobha, elephant trampled, snake-scorpion bite or any other calamity, his family or dependents will be given Rs. 4 lakh. Now, there will be no difference in the amount of compensation on the basis of disaster.
On this occasion, the CM inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 48 schemes costing about Rs 3 billion 91 crore. In this, 3 schemes were inaugurated and the foundation stone of 45 schemes was laid. Apart from this, assets worth Rs 976.56 crore were distributed among 5 lakh 22 thousand 356 beneficiaries of welfare schemes run by various departments.
