Spotify Original podcast ‘Bhaskar Bose, produced by MnM Talkies, is celebrating its 100th case this month. India’s first detective thriller, an audio fiction show, released its 100th case on December 6, titled as ‘Raat Raani’. The award-winning show (Exchange4Media- Golden Mic Award 2022 and Impact Digital Influencer Awards) was launched in 2019 and completed a successful run of 3 years in December 2022.
Bhaskar Bose (played by actor-director Mantra), an accountant by profession and detective by passion, and his partner Inspector Bikesh Das (played by Shadaab Hashmi) take the listeners to the world of crime and mysteries. From missing bodies at graveyards to murders on a film set, Bhaskar Bose and Bikesh solve each case in their inimitable style.
Bhaskar Bose’s fans see him as a hero who always stands for the right. The 100th case, however, has put him in the spot. This time the tables have turned. ‘Raat Raani’, played by veteran actor Sandhya Mridul is the voice of those unheard victims Bhaskar chose not to hear.
