A blood donation camp was held by the Nuapada police at the Komna PS premises on Wednesday. The camp was inaugurated by district Collector Swadha Dev Singh and SP Rahul Kumar Jain.The Nuapada police is organising blood donation camps at regular intervals in different police stations of the district under the banner of Ama Police Samiti in cooperation with local people, especially youths, who are coming forward in a good number.
"In this camp, 56 units of blood were collected, most donors being youths and members of Ama Police Samiti and forest department and police personnel," said Komna PS IIC Jyotiranjan Gouda. The SP tweeted, "Thanks for the noble job by all the donors especially during this pandemic.”
