Writers and poets from the US, England, Belgium, Portugal, Netherlands and India gathered for virtual poet's meet on Wednesday.
Under the 'Sahitya Ka Vishwa Rang', an international seminar was organized under the joint aegis of Vishwarang, Common World, Holland, Vanmali Srijanpeeth Delhi and Bharatiya Gyan Peeth on virtual platform through Zoom.
Indu Barot (England), Sushant Jain (Netherlands), Anil Prabha Kumar (USA), Kapil Kumar (England), Prof. Devendra Choubey (India), Shivkumar Singh (Portugal) presented very contemporary works on this global stage of literature. The poets participated in the 'Sahitya Ka Vishwa Rang' organized under the chairmanship of Santosh Choubey, senior poet-story writer, visionary of Vishwarang and Chancellor of Rabindranath Tagore University.
Santosh Choubey said that this crisis of Covid 19 has changed everyone from within. The feelings of love towards the whole world have become stronger. This is also the basic motto under Vishwa Rang. The mission is to become stronger.
He further said that in this period we are also full of sorrow from within, but we are also free from struggle. We want love, compassion, kindness, belongingness to be maintained in life and in the world. Literature, art and culture gives us the right perspective. Sahitya ka Vishwa Rang is doing very important creative work in this direction.
On this occasion, he read a very beautiful and thought-provoking piece of his unpublished short novel 'Blackhole in Dreamland'.
Devendra Choubey, a senior poet from India, wrote two poems very touching and thought provoking recitation of 'Savdhaan! Ghoom Rahe Hain Hathyare Hawaon Mein' and 'Lutna'.
Sahitya ka Vishwa Rang programme was successfully conducted on the virtual platform by young writer Shivangi Shukla (Netherlands).
