Tata Power-DDL consumers can instantly receive their latest duplicate bills now by just sending a message from their registered number on company’s WhatsApp number 7303482071.
A senior Tata Power-DDL official said that this feature has been introduced with an aim to ensure consumer safety wherein they can avail e-bills instantly and smoothly amidst the lockdown.
“In order to get the duplicate bill, Tata Power-DDL consumers will have to save Tata Power-DDL’s WhatsApp Number in their contacts and send a message from their registered contact number typing – BILL <SPACE> <11 DIGIT CA NUMBER> to WhatsApp Number – 7303482071,” Tata Power-DDL said in a statement.
