The successor to and most favourite disciple of Sant Hirdaramji, reverent Siddh Bhauji was born on December 23,1953 at Bairagarh, Bhopal. His parents named him Hotchand Dhanwani, but due to his devotion, good conduct and welfare activities Santji changed his name to Siddh.
A celibate, he has devoted all his life to the service of the poor, needy, weak and afflicted. He provides guidance for all the activities being carried out by Santji's institutions. He is to Santji what Swami Vivekanand was to Ramkrishna Paramhans. He is spreading his message far and wide. Reverent Siddh Bhau came into contact of Santji in 1973. In the very first meeting he lost himself to Santji and dedicated all his life to Santji's philanthropic activities.
Santji's Teachings to Siddh Bhau- Earn your own living. Don't use religion to earn money as it is very difficult to digest Siddh Bhau was in a central government service and worked as a telephone Operator for 20 years in the Telephone Exchange and when he became entitle to get pension, he sought permissions from Sant ji to left the service. Thus he became available 24 hour for the service of his Gurudev and Santji. Sant ji further said to Siddh bhau that he will not teach him everything like a teacher. he observe himself and apply his discretionary power. Discharge every duty with full responsibility and sincerity.
Obeying his Gurudev Sant Hirdaram Ji, Siddh Bhau didn't wear ochre and even when in his will Santji made him as his one and only succesor reverent Siddh Bhau says to all," Swamiji was, is and will always remain on the Gaddi. Many more devotees like me would come and further the welfare activities. It is the duty of all of us to make efforts and ensure that the sapling planted by Santji grows into a massive banyan tree". Siddh Bhau attended to all the needs of Santji before he could say. Siddh Bhau says," One who attends to the needs of his parents on his own is truly obedient son. Those who do so after their parents ask for don't earn so much merit. Like Swami Vivekanand, Siddh Bhau has a commitment, passion and sincerity of purpose. His aim in life is to see a corruption-free, healthy and strong India where children are taught to serve the poor, the afflicted, the sick and the aged right from early age. The children should grow to be worthy citizens dedicated to the task of nation building.
Reverent Siddh Bhauji inspires and teaches the children to be obedient to their parents and elders and inculcates in themes the high human values that would make them good citizens. He wants them to occupy high offices and discharge their duties with utmost sincerity and honesty. He wants to strengthen villages. He has made arrangements to impart vocational training to rural youths to increase their employability. They are trained in different trades including tractor repairing, motor winding, motor cycle repairing, electric work, TV, CD player and computer repairing and computer operation. By acquiring these skill they would not have to rush to cities and towns for minor works. He also stresses on teaching them English language to enable them to face high level competitive exams.
Once Swamiji told Siddh Bahuji that now it is time to depart from this destructible world. On this Siddh Bhauji requested Swamiji to accompany with him. Swamiji told Siddh Bhauji that after him, he would succeed Swamiji. Then Siddh Bhauji replies that he had not done Tapasya as Santji had done. Santji asked him to complete unfinished work, then he would call him to heavenly abode. Rev. Siddh Bhauji is carrying out all welfare activities in consonance with the philosophy and wish of Santji in an exemplary manner. He spares nothing to provide the right guidance and direction to the volunteers and to keep their morals high. He shares their moments of happiness and grief and considers them as his family.
He never discriminates between volunteers and employees and provides every possible assistance as and when required. The service activities carried out under his able guidance have reached and benefitted more than Four Million needy people in the field of health, Education, Medical, self sustenance, women empowerment and above all social upliftment.
