Department of Technical Education Govt. of Madhya Pradesh in association with Young Indians Bhopal have organized One Day online Employability Conclave on December 01, 2020. This conclave was organized to meet the goal of Aatma Nirbhar MP through empowering youth of the state by providing them ample placement opportunities, internships, training in new skills, and incubation opportunities.

The Employability Conclave was coordinated by Anuj Garg Chair Yi Bhopal and Director LNCT Group who gave the importance of Industry, Skill Partners and Colleges to collaborate and bring the change for youth development and better jobs.

In this four-hour program  Yashodhara Raje Scindia, Minister for Sports & Youth Welfare, Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment interacted with various leaders from Industries, Technology Leaders, and mentors of startup ecosystems to understand the opportunities which can be harness for the benefit of students of MP.

More than 20 speakers and experts share their views from MNCs like Cognizant, Infosys, Persistent, TCS, Cisco, Red Hat Academy, Adobe shared their inputs so that Technical Education in the state can transform and take the benefit of the Gig Economy which is going to generate Lakhs of jobs. Founder and MD of Persistent Systems gave very important inputs and all the companies have shown their agreement to partner with the Department of Technical Education.

Future Skill Initiative Lead Kirti Seth showed happiness for partnering with the Department of Technical Education and other NASSCOM leaders also gave various valuable inputs.

To develop Entrepreneurial skills incubation cells in colleges, have to be created and strengthen a panel lead by Chandrakant Tiwari President of Incubation Masters brought some very valid inputs.

P. Narahari Commissioner Technical Education emphasized a series of association and partnership with Industry and skill providers is soon going to happen and policy for Placements, Skilling and Entrepreneurship shall soon be announced for shaping the future of technical

Education.

This was the first time such an impactful online discussion of Industry leaders directly happened with the Minister for Sports &Youth Welfare, Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment and it was attended by all Govt. and Private Engineering and Technical Colleges of the state.
