Commandant of Border Security Force Training Centre and School Meru, Hazaribag, Inspector General, Ravi Gandhi said after a courtesy meeting with the Chief Minister Hemant Soren that the CM appreciated the modern technique of training at the Centre to the BSF jawans as well as State forces of different States of India.
He further said that new methodologies and innovative measures are being taken to meet emerging challenges. Ganthi told the Chief Minister that whenever the State government needs the BSF is always ready for the help.
“In the Covid 19 period we have already established a 100 bed hospital in the campus. The Jawans, who came from different areas of the country, stayed in 14 days quarantined in the campus. During the quarantine period they have to attend online training,” he said.
