Public Works Department and home minister Tamradhwaj Sahu chaired the Durg-Bhilai Development Master Plan 2031 review meeting at conference hall of Durg Collectorate on Monday.
Presiding over the meeting, minister said master plan should be prepared keeping in mind the future needs. He laid emphasis on gardens in residential areas, construction of roads, plantation on road sides, conservation of natural rivulets and ponds, retaining canals, water flow to ponds among others. The meeting decided that claims, objections and suggestions received in Durg-Bhilai investment area will be taken up by committee members and after discussion will be passed.
