Need for ethics

Dr Vivek Bindra —International motivational chairman, leadership consultant and trade coach who showed ‘the reality of medical system in India’ through its video. The case study showed the introduction of affordable health system in the country and the corruption in this sector. Since then, the members of the Indian Medical Association are threatening them for raising voice for affordable healthcare in India besides a legal notice to the defamation of  Rs 50 crore. However, Bindra is responding to this notice.

India is a country where the Constitution has given the people the right to vote for themselves and Bindra has also studied the case of the Indian healthcare sector in his famous style, after which he found that many areas in the Indian healthcare sector are in depleted state and need improvement. But some members of the Indian Medical Association are trying to malign the image of Dr Vivek Bindra, using social media, and also making threats to his life. In fact, an educational video that shows the dark and bright side of the medical profession.  International inspirational speaker Dr Bindra has said nothing new in this video and has used content which has been shared widely on varied media platforms which is also a national sentiment.

According to Dr. Bindra, “This video is actually not against doctors and medical practitioners but against the malpractices prevalent in the current medical system and to highlight the need of AFFORDABlE HEAlTHCARE in the country. It is an educational video which emphasises on doing profession ethically by scaling up their profession by applying economies of scale.”

“The whole reason to create this video was inspired by the recent mis-happenings in reputed private hospitals that were covered by media by large. Instead of owning up the wrongs and rectifying the flaws in the current medical system, IMA have been trying to divert the attention of public by sending defamation notice, added Dr Bindra.

It is surprising that the Indian Medical Association falsely alleging that Bindra has circulated such video on his YouTube channel just to gain popularity in the general public, in fact Bindra already has the subscribership of over 2 million people and a viewership of more than 9.5 crores on the YouTube channel, which is the biggest subscriber base for any entrepreneurship and corporate leadership channel in the world. So, the question of gaining any false popularity as alleged by the IMA is baseless and unethical.
