The shadow art of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel made out of a car engine has been installed at the multi art centre of the city Bharat Bhavan here on Tuesday. Created by the first nail-artist of the world Wajid Khan the art piece is a must to have a look at.
Wajid is known for his unique, creative and rare ideas to create art pieces of different styles. He hails from Indore and is recognized in across the world for his extremely different creativity. He is an artist without a brush or paint, but he uses nails, tools and other machinery items to create his art piece.
Wajid is considered as the world’s first nail artist. He has installed a portrait of Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel which is about 2.5 feet long and 2.5 feet wide. The art piece took atleast two to three months to get completed. He has created an art piece with the tools of a car and a motorcycle including the engines and has installed them in a way that appears as a portrait of Sardar Patel.
This tech art created by artist Wajid Khan is an extravagant experience for the Bhopalites. It is a permanent installation at Bharat bhavan. Wajid while talking about his creation said, “I have got a call from various countries to create an art like this, but of course I chose Bharat Bhavan for this installation.” Elaborating further, he said, “I received a call from Vallabh Bhavan to create an art which is different and unique and so I thought of creating a shadow art.”
