SAam Aadmi Party (AAP) would be launching its second phase of ‘Jhaadu Chalao Brashtachar Baghao Yatra’ (Sweep and remove corruption) drive by Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on November 9. On November 16, at 5.00 pm, Delhi Chief Minister and AAP national coordinator Arvind Kejriwal will hold hi-tech public meetings at 600 places spread across 60 assembly constituencies (AC) by going live through a projector and LED, said Chhattisgarh state coordinator Dr Sanket Thakur.
Accompanied by AAP candidates Uttam Jaiswal Raipur city West, Munna Bisen of Raipur city South and Yogendra Sen of Raipur City North, he was interacting with media on the election campaign schedule. Under the series, Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia would address public meeting at Antagarh and Bhanupratappur assembly constituencies on November 9 and Delhi Cabinet minister Gopal Rai will hold joint booth level workers meeting of four assembly constituencies of Raipur city on November 11, said Sanket. He would then hold public election meetings at Kurud, Bilha, Janjgir-Champa, Jaijaipur, Chandrapur and Raipur. AAP Rajya Sabha member Sushil Gupta will address public meeting at Baloda Bazar on November 13. He will then address election meetings at Marwahi, Kota, Baikunthpur and Bharatpur-Sonhat assembly constituencies, state coordinator added.
AAP CM candidate and tribal leader Komal Hupendi would commence his election campaign from Khallari, then move to Pathalgaon, Dharamjaigarh and Kota.
AAP chief spokesperson Uchit Sharma said that first drive was held from October 2 to 10 in which mainly Delhi cabinet minister and state incharge Gopal Rai, Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh, Sushil Gupta and Delhi MLA Alka Lamba had conducted public meetings and road shows in 45 state assembly constituencies of state.
