DN Regalia, a maiden commercial venture of DN Homes, was inaugurated by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik at Patrapada here on Friday.
It is a sprawling 6,00,000-sqft-mixed use development consisting of a shopping mall, a multiplex, a hotel and a food hub. The DN Regalia has partnered with INOX for the multiplex.
DN Homes MD Jagadish Prasad Naik said, “This project is our humble endeavour towards the growth of smart city Bhubaneswar as envisaged by our CM.
Moreover, this project will generate employment for over 2,000 people.” The Beyond Squarefeet Mall Management Private Limited, a specialist company in mall management with presence across India and abroad, has taken the onus to manage and operate the mall.
