Haryana Government has reduced the fee to avail various types of online police verification services from Rs 500 to Rs 50.
Finance Minister and Revenue Minister, Capt. Abhimanyu on Sunday said that the State Government provides various types of online services to facilitate the people, besides various types of verification and certifications were also being provided online.
He said that in this direction, various police verification services were being provided online through online portal of Haryana police which included character certificate, police clearance certificate, verification of domestic help, protest/strike verification, verification of tenant and employee, procession request event performance request and request related to private security. The Minister said that the present State Government has made various services online in different departments, which has put a check on corruption.
He urged the people to avail maximum benefit of online services and hoped that due to slashed fee, large number of people would be able to avail benefit of online verification services.
