Since its inception, MDI, Gurgaon has taken several initiatives for providing executive education through customised training programmes at higher and middle management levels. Independent director’s programme for senior defence officers  is one unique programme for imparting board-level skills.

MDI has been conducting a six-month certificate course in Business Administration for the officers of Armed Forces sponsored by the Directorate General of Resettlement (DGR) who are retired or take voluntary retirement to enter the corporate world.Eighteen batches of officers have been trained till date.

What is the minimum requirement for enrolling for the course at MDIIJ

MDI, Gurgaon does not have any criteria set for enrolling the Armed forces personnel. The DGR sets the criteria for the participants of Armed forces programme for B-schools.
