Wednesday, 29 April 2015 | PNS | New Delhi

Around 35 MPs of the lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha have been asked to vacate their temporary accommodation in Ashoka Hotel by the end of the sessions of their respective  houses and move  to State guest houses in the National Capital. lok Sabha would terminate on May 8 and Rajya Sabha is to conclude on May 13.

The MPs were earlier given April 25 deadline to vacate rooms in State-run Ashoka Hotel where they were provided temporary accommodation. They have been asked to shift to the guest houses of their respective States. These MPs would, however, be entitled to accommodation from the Government during Parliament session and meetings of various committees, sources said.
