Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit Shri Paramhans Advait Mat Shri Anandpur Dham, located in Isagarh of Ashoknagar district, on Friday, April 11. In preparation for the high-profile spiritual visit, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) State President and Khajuraho MP Vishnudutt Sharma visited the Dham on Tuesday to inspect the ongoing arrangements.
Following his darshan at the revered site, Sharma held discussions with the Dham’s trustees, Sonu Mahatma and Somanath Mahatma, regarding the preparations for the event. He expressed immense pride over the Prime Minister’s upcoming visit, describing it as a moment of great spiritual and cultural importance for Madhya Pradesh.
Speaking to the media, Sharma said the Shri Anandpur Dham event is religious and spiritual in nature and that lakhs of devotees, local residents, and party workers are excited to welcome Prime Minister Modi. He emphasized that Modi’s repeated visits to Madhya Pradesh reflect his deep connection with the spiritual fabric of the nation.
He further said that Prime Minister Modi has played a key role in promoting India’s ancient traditions, spirituality, and Sanatan values on the global stage. Institutions like Shri Anandpur Dham, with lakhs of followers across the country, are deeply committed to preserving and promoting these values through selfless service.
Sharma highlighted the historic significance of the Prime Minister’s visit, noting that during foreign invasions in India, spiritual centres like Anandpur Dham played a crucial role in preserving Indian religion, tradition, and values. He called the upcoming visit a proud and historic moment for the region and the country.
