A disturbing case was reported with Piplani police after a 12-year-old girl got pregnant giving birth to a baby girl who died within three days, victim girl was sexually assaulted multiple times by his cousin.
In the investigation a sample from the deceased infant for a DNA test has been collected and would compared with the accused’s sample.
DCP Sanjay Agarwal confirmed that police arrested the accused, a 23-year-old who allegedly sexually exploited the minor. The case came to light about 25 days ago when the girl’s mother took her to the hospital for stomach pain. Doctors discovered the minor was pregnant, prompting the mother to file a complaint at Piplani police station. During questioning, the girl revealed that her cousin repeatedly sexually assaulted her. Police acted swiftly and apprehended the suspect.
