A transformative career awareness seminar was conducted for the students of Class 9th and 10th at Vikas Vidyalaya, Mango, Jamshedpur, by Aayush Singh, founder of Evolve With Singh.
The aim of the seminar was to create awareness about evolving career paths, inspire students to explore their potential, and encourage informed decision-making early in their academic journey. Aayush, through his initiative “Evolve With Singh”, focuses on bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world career demands, offering both school-level and college-level services.
During the seminar, Students were introduced to a wide range of career opportunities beyond traditional streams such as medicine and engineering. The session included interactive discussions on future job trends, Myths vs Truths about careers, and the importance of early guidance.
Aayush emphasized the role of 1:1 sessions involving both students and parents, designed to help families align on career planning with professional insight.
Over 120 students actively participated in the session, asking thoughtful questions and engaging in career-related conversations with curiosity and excitement.
Beyond school engagements, Evolve With Singh also caters to college students through services like resume building, mock interviews and career road mapping, aiming to make them job-ready and self-aware as they transition into the workforce.
