FIR registered against two persons for opening the seals imposed by the administration in shops without competent orders.
As per the instructions of Collector Ashish Singh, last Wednesday in Indore district, the district administration team took action to seal firecracker shops and other shops for not making fire safety arrangements. SDM Kalyani Pandey said that the sealed shops were re-inspected on thursday by the administration team.
During inspection, it was found that the seal imposed by the administration on the firecracker shops of Ghanshyamdas father name Nanakram and Jai Prakash father name Suresh Sukhyani was opened without a competent order, which was considered against the Explosives Act and as an obstruction in the government work. An FIR has been lodged against the shopkeepers by the administration in Tejaji Nagar police station.
