Mixed weather in Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal witnesses drizzles

There are two types of weather conditins prevailing in Madhya Pradesh,  light clouds in Bhopal since morning while in Gwalior, Ratlam, Shivpuri, Mandsaur and Sagar, there was drizzle in the afternoon after sunshine. Hot winds are blowing in Jabalpur, Mandla, Damoh, Maihar, Satna.

According to the Meteorological Department, there may be light rain with thunder in Rajgarh and Shajapur in the next few hours. Wind can blow at a speed of 40 to 45 kilometers per hour. Rain is also expected in Ujjain, Ratlam, Dhar, Alirajpur, Barwani, Agar, Omkareshwar of Khandwa, Maheshwar of Khargone. Dewas, Guna, Ashoknagar, and Tikamgarh may experience clouds and drizzle.

According to Meteorological Center Bhopal, currently Western Disturbance is active. There is also a trough line. Because of this, there are clouds in the state. Similar weather will prevail on March 30 also. Another western disturbance is likely to become active from today. Its effect can be seen in the eastern and central parts of the state.

Guna, Ashoknagar, Sagar, Tikamgarh, Niwari, Chhatarpur, Damoh, Panna, Satna, Maihar, Rewa, Mauganj, Sidhi, Shahdol, Umaria, Anuppur, Dindauri, Seoni, Pandhurna and Balaghat.

Thursday night was the hottest in Tikamgarh state. The minimum temperature was recorded at 27.6 degrees. It was 25.8 degrees in Narmadapuram and 25 degrees in Damoh.

There is a trend of extreme heat in the last days of March. Same thing is happening this time too. On March 28, the temperature increased in all the cities of the state and it was the hottest of the season. It is also expected to rain this time.

On Thursday, intense heat was seen in the entire state. Damoh was the hottest. The maximum temperature recorded here was 42.5 degrees. On Thursday, the mercury crossed 40 degrees in a total of 14 cities.

For the first time in the season in Bhopal, the day temperature has crossed 40 degrees. The temperature on Thursday was 40.5 degrees. The Meteorological Department has predicted that the effect of heat will last for the next 4 days. However, the temperature may drop. The day temperature can remain between 36 to 38 degrees.

There may be light rain with strong wind in the old city including Berasia, Kolar of the capital Bhopal today and Friday. The Meteorological Department has issued this alert. In some areas, wind may blow at a speed of 30 to 40 Km. After 4 pm the weather also changed and winds started blowing.

There is a trend of intense heat in Bhopal in the last days of March. Between 2014 and 2023, there has been intense heat from 26 to 31 March. This time also there is intense heat in the last days. On Thursday the day temperature had reached 40.5 degrees Celsius. The weather changed suddenly on Friday. It remained cloudy till 9 am. After this there was bright sunshine. However, the weather is expected to change in the afternoon. There is an alert of rain and strong wind in the forecast of the Meteorological Department.

It was extremely hot in Bhopal on Thursday. Due to this the day temperature reached 40.5 degrees Celsius. If we look at the March data of the last 11 years, Bhopal was the hottest in March for the fourth time. Earlier, the temperature was 40.8 degrees on March 31, 2017, 40.8 degrees on March 31, 2019, and 41 degrees on March 30, 2021. A drop in temperature may be seen on Friday.
