DC holds review meeting in Lohardaga

According to the vacancy of the year 2024-25 in the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Caste Residential School run by the Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Minority and Backward Class Welfare Department under South Chotanagpur Division, classes 6th, 7th and 8th (class 6, 7 and 8), a meeting was held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waghmare Prasad Krishna in the conference room located at the Collectorate regarding the decision of the center for the entrance examination for enrollment in Classes 7 and 8). In the meeting, it was agreed to determine seven examination centers for a total of 3278 candidates in Lohardaga district. This examination will be conducted in seven examination centers in Lohardaga district 01. Chief Minister's Excellent School Nadia Hindu High School, Lohardaga 02. Kasturba CM Excellent Girls' School, Lohardaga 03. Ursuline Convent Middle School, Lohardaga 04. Ursuline Convent Middle School, Lohardaga 05. Madhusudan Lal Aggarwal Inter Women's College.

Lohardaga 06. Governmentized Plus Two Chunnilal High School Lohardaga 07. Manzoormati High School Lohardaga. There are 60 vacancies for enrollment in class 06, 02 for class 07 and 01 vacancy in class 08 in Eklavya Model Residential Girls School Kujra Lohardaga in Lohardaga district. Similarly, 40 seats are vacant in class 06 in Ashram Boys School, Parhepat Kisko. The vacancy in class 07 and 08 is zero. There are a total of 10 vacant seats for enrollment in class 07 in Scheduled Tribe Residential School, Kisco, located in Kisco. For other classes it is zero. All three schools together have received 1691 applications for enrollment for class 06, 983 for class 07 and 604 for class 08. The entrance test will be conducted on 07.04.2024 from 11 AM to 02 PM. Instructions were given to conduct the examination free from malpractices. ITDA Project Director Sushma Neelam Soreng, Sub-Divisional Officer Amit Kumar, District Welfare Officer, District Education Officer and principals, principals etc. of all the concerned schools and colleges were present in the meeting.
