Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Katha begins at Patanjali

Wednesday, 10 April 2024 | PNS | DEHRADUN

Swami Govinddev Giri began the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Katha at Patanjali Yogpeeth on Tuesday in the presence of Swami Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna. Giri said that Shivaji Mahraj’s coronation was not simply the coronation of a king but a golden moment in the history of Bharat. The second golden moment in India’s history after this was on January 22, 2024 at Ayodhya- the consecration of Ramlalla at the Ram Janmabhoomi temple. Giri said that Shivaji had pledged to establish Hindu Samrajya at the age of 15 years and after that he faced various challenges, struggled and fought to conquer about 350 forts. Speaking on the occasion, Ramdev said that unfortunately, the Indians had forgotten their history, culture and grandeur, drowning in inferiority complex, frustration and falsehoods. Sanatan Dharma does not need any support from any royalty, corporate house or political party, he said. Balkrishna also expressed his views on the occasion.
