According to a senior police official,a challan has been issued under section 184 of Motor Vehicle act.

"The incident occurred during lean hours. Police teams are scanning CCTV cameras installed in the area. Police team will apprehend the person soon and action will be initiated under appropriate sections," senior police official said.
