Opposition parties are disturbing State: Shahdeo

Tuesday, 22 January 2019 | PNS | Ranchi

State BJP spokesman Pratul Shahdeo, on Monday, accused the Opposition parties of disturbing the State for the past few months and said that they had made a ruckus on the Establishment Day function of the State while putting forward some anti-social elements in the movement of para teachers.

Shahdeo said, “The Chief Minister Raghubar Das had clearly said from the very beginning that all legitimate demands of the para teachers will be accepted. But, the Opposition parties were forcefully pushing the movement of para teachers and they are responsible for the damage to the students caused by the strike. The Opposition parties had put the future of millions of children in danger because the month of January is the month of the examination.”

Expressing happiness over the decision of the State Government Shahdeo said, “All the legitimate demand of para teachers was accepted last week. All associations among para teachers have thanked for the Government’s move. This is not a Government of people of giving false assurances and no such decision is taken here that could not sustain in the court.”

Lauding the State Government Shahdeo said, “The Raghubar government made a great effort to add poor people in the mainstream by giving 10 per cent reservation for economically backward people.”

He said that the Government has resolved the ongoing strike of administrative officers in a very good manner and added that the government has seriously considered the legitimate demands of MNREGA personnel too seriously.

Shahdeo said that the biggest achievement of this Government is that during his tenure it has added about 1.05 lakh people to government jobs and brought the State in the group of developed states in the national scenario.
