Kejriwal meets representatives of cycle industry

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday met representatives of Cycle industry who were demanding policy for electric-cycles in the national Capital.

The delegation demanded a policy for the electric cycles (E-cycles) by the Government of Delhi for the promotion of electric cycles in the city.

 The Chief Minister was positive to their demand and promised them to work on it.

The representatives also discussed the use of cycles and how the number of cycle users is quite low to the number of motorbikes being used.

 They also showed Kejriwal an electric-bicycle and briefed on its technology and other specifications. The Chief Minister also took a ride of the electric-bicycle and appreciated it.
