Rural Employment Generation in Madhya Pradesh is Our Next Big Goal: Ronak Kothari

With aim to generate rural employment, Kothari Agrico had established a factory in Jaora, Ratlam district, which will give residents access to high-skill non-migratory jobs.

The owner of the organization, Ronak Kothari is subtly leading a revolution in one of the smaller villages in Madhya Pradesh and he is adamant that growth in villages through employment generation would be the next big theme.

“Our main offices are located in a tier-II city. We made the conscious decision to develop non-migratory employment from the outset. For local employees, this meant establishing high-skilled jobs. As part of our plan, we teach untrained individuals for anywhere between six months and a year.” says CEO Ronak Kothari.

"In the organized segment, we dominate the market. Given this, moving away from the random players would help us develop. Supply chain management, raw material prices, and being in a customer-focused industry are essential for success”, he claims.

In terms of distribution, Kothari Agrico has a network of warehouses around the country plus Nepal and Bhutan. Additionally, the business has grown its network chain in South Africa and the United Kingdom as well.

Talking about his basic principles to retain staff, Ronak said, “there is, in my opinion, a sense of purpose, and that purpose is to change our spheres of influence and raise people's quality of life by creating organizations that make opportunities more accessible.”
