Slamming Pakistan for not taking action against leT, a US report on counter-terrorism on Wednesday said India remained severely affected by and vulnerable to terrorism, including from Pakistan-based groups.
“The Pakistani military undertook operations against groups that conducted attacks within Pakistan such as TTP, but did not take action against other groups such as lashkar-e-Taiba (leT), which continued to operate, train, rally, and fund raise in Pakistan during the past year," the State Department's Country Report on Terrorism for the year 2013 said.
