Mumbai attack case: Pak panel leaves for India on September 21

Published on:

An eight-member Pakistani judicial commission will leave for India on September 21 to cross-examine the Mumbai terror attack witnesses and to carry forward the much-delayed trial here. The commission was scheduled to leave on September 11 but the visit was postponed due to Ganesh Chaturthi.

"Yes, we are leaving on September 21 and we will be going via the Wagah border," Special Public Prosecutor Chaudhury Mohammed Azhar told reporters. "We are preparing for that eagerly," he added.
