libya’s rival factions have agreed to form a national Unity Government to end the deadly civil war and secure phased withdrawal of Armed groups from all libyan cities as the violence in the strife-torn country displaced about 4,00,000 libyans recently, the UN said on Friday.
The libyan peace talks in Geneva facilitated by the United Nations Support Mission in libya and headed by Special Representative of the Secretary-General for libya (SRSGl), Bernardino leon, concluded on Thursday.
