India, Russia, and China have agreed to play a constructive role to support peaceful reconciliation and economic reconstruction of Afghanistan, saying the situation in the war-torn nation is closely connected with the regional security and stability. The three countries on Thursday exchanged views on the situation in Afghanistan and the region as well as cooperation between the three countries on the Afghan issue, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying told a media briefing here on Friday.
