27 dead after bus, truck collide in Congo
Kinshasa(Congo): A Congolese health official says at least 27 people are dead after a bus and a truck collided west of the Capital, Kinshasa.
Dr Sylvain Yuma with the health ministry says the accident occurred overnight and that excessive speed was to blame.
13 Nepalese women rescued from India
Kathmandu: At least 13 Nepalese women, who were allegedly being trafficked on the pretext of jobs, were rescued from hotels in India by an NGO and have been brought back to the country.
Maiti India, an NGO has brought eight women from Bangalore and five from Ahmedabad to Kathmandu on Tuesday, Balkrishna Pandey, a representative of the organisation, said.
