8 missing as boat capsizes in China
Beijing: At least eight people went missing after a fishing boat capsized in the sea near China’s eastern Zhejiang
Province on Sunday night, local authorities have said. The boat capsized about 70 nautical miles northeast of Xiangshan County, the provincial maritime search and rescue centre said.

Three killed in rare US car blast
Washington: Autopsies are expected Monday on the bodies of three men killed in a US car blast, a rare event which tight-lipped police called a criminal case. The blast in Allentown, Pennsylvania late on Saturday, turned the car into a fireball and before it was reduced to twisted metal. “It burst into flames while it was still going,” Anthony Sealy said.
