Nepal’s embattled Prime Minister KP Oli on Sunday accused Nepali Congress and Maoists of hatching a conspiracy against his Government by tabling a no-trust motion and said he is being punished for the “good work” he has done to improve relations with both India and China.
Oli has been facing a no-trust motion after the Maoists withdrew support from the coalition Government.
Oli is facing pressure to resign after two key ruling alliance partners Madhesi People’s Rights Forum-Democratic and Rastriya Prajatantra Party decided to support the no-confidence motion tabled against him by the Nepali Congress (NC) and the CPN-Maoist Centre.
