london: Radical Muslim cleric Abu Qatada will voluntarily return to Jordan if the country’s Parliament ratifies an anti-torture treaty with Britain, an immigration tribunal heard here on Friday. But the courts so far have upheld his right to stay in Britain over fears that evidence obtained by torture may be used against him in the Middle Eastern country.

Harry mania sweeps Washington!

On a week-long tour of the US, he arrived here on Thursday to promote Britain and his charities. Rarely has such squealing been heard in the corridors of the Capitol when the 28-year-old third-in-line to the British throne turned up for a visit on Thursday.
