Australia has called for a broader international coalition, led by the US, to combat the “terrifying challenge” of jehadi groups that are challenging Governments and aiming to establish an Islamic caliphate in the Middle East. Foreign Minister Julie Bishop said she’s “deeply troubled” by the way that foreign fighters are organising.
