MALAIKA PROMOTES HEALTH IN & OUT
Actress Malaika Arora has broadened her entrepreneurship horizon with Malaika Arora Ventures (MAV).
The actress expressed, “Our goal at MAV is to actively look out for and purposely invest in lifestyle, health and wellness brands. Label Life, SARVA Yoga and now Nude Bowl have been our first steps in each of the three directions we have had in mind - Fashion, fitness and wellness.”
“But that’s not it. We are expanding ourselves into the overall wellbeing segment, including beauty and health. I personally believe in the comprehensive wellbeing of our body. Concentrating on just one, does not support the other,” she added.

‘I did meet Dimple (Cheema) ji before shooting for the film but it was not because I wanted to understand how she speaks and behaves. I wanted to connect with her emotionally and understand her sentiments because, we as civilians, when reading about the soldiers, think about what their families must be going through. Their journey is a different kind of strength.’

‘I love animals and have always loved action movies. Lakadbaggha merges both my passions. I am thrilled to be a part of it. The storyline deals with a relevant issue that plagues our society. I will only do this once — therefore have put the other projects on hold so that I can give this my all. The action choreography is something I am looking forward to and I hope the audience will enjoy this balls-to-the-wall kind of action.’
‘I’ve come full circle’
Elton John announced the release of his forthcoming new album The Lockdown Sessions to be out on October 22.
The popstar stated,”All the tracks I worked on were really interesting and diverse, stuff that was completely different to anything I’m known for, that took me out of my comfort zone into completely new territory. And I realised there was something weirdly familiar about working like this. At the start of my career, in the late ‘60s, I worked as a session musician. Working with different artistes during lockdown reminded me of that. I was a session musician again. And it was still a blast.”
