Ajay Devgn to direct Big B
Ajay Devgn is all set to direct Amitabh Bachchan in a film titled Mayday that will also see the two actors reunite before the camera.
Big B and Ajay have worked together in Major Sahab, Khakee, Satyagraha and Hindustan Ki Kasam, and the new film, which belongs to the drama genre, sees the two stars collaborate after over seven years.
Mayday is being dubbed as “a thrilling, absolute edge-of-the-seat human-drama.” It is said that Ajay will be seen playing a pilot. Details about Big B’s character are being kept under wraps.
The rest of the cast is still being finalised. The film is produced by Ajay Devgn.
‘I never considered myself ‘not attractive' until I began working in the industry. At the beginning of my career, many people told me how I am not skinny enough to play a lead actor or healthy enough to play a fat girl. You are in the middle so either put on weight or lose weight. I was like, ‘this is who I am, normal girls look like this'. Why does it have to be about weight at all?’

Singer Sonu Nigam says he is working towards making songs with depth these days.
He has released Ishwar Ka Vo Sacha Banda.
“The track is Vaishnava Jana To song translated in Hindi — a language that most people in India understand easily. Whatever said and done, Vaishnava Jana To is a Gujarati song, so the language gets limited to only Gujarati speaking people. Now it’s made available to all,” Sonu said.
Sonu said he was in Dubai when he was approached to sing it.
