Not ready to enter politics: Sonu
Actor Sonu Sood says he is not interested in entering politics at the moment as he still has miles to go as an actor.
“I have been getting offers to join politics from the past 10 years. Many people have told me, ‘you'll be a great leader'. But I feel I have miles to go as an actor. I still have to do a lot of things that I want to do. One can enter politics anytime and I am not the kind who will try to sail in two boats,” said Sonu.
“If I get into politics, I'll give my 100 per cent. And I think that at the moment, I am not answerable to anyone and that is why I can do things in a more open way. I don't have to ask anyone or any party ‘what should I do'. I decide and do it on my own will,” added he.
‘I wish I had learned more about growing and farming in school. We have no understanding of how to nurture and grow plants, grains and crops. It should be taught at school so that for the future generations can actually practice it, as opposed to feeling it’s something very complex and tough, and only meant for farmers.’

Actor Helen Mirren feels nature plays an important role in the existence of humankind, and the ongoing pandemic is a lesson in that direction.
Mirren, who recently participated in a special virtual press event for her forthcoming film, The One And Only Ivan, found the technical experience, necessitated by post-COVID-19 norms, to be a fascinating one.
“It was a fascinating technical experience, and that's the amazing thing about our job. We are always exposed to completely new experiences,” Mirren said.
