Don’t regret my choices: Kartik
Actor Kartik Aaryan says that he never takes advice from anybody before signing a film, adding that he goes with his gut feeling which has worked for him so far.
Kartik had claimed a while back that he was offered `10 crore after the success of Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety to sign a film. However, his priority is excellence and not money, he added. Without naming the film, he said he turned down the project because he did not identify with the role.
“I refused that film because I didn't like the subject. I think if I would have been part of it then it wouldn't have been a big hit. I never have regrets with my choices, be it films I did or the ones I refused,” he said.
‘I am not overtly excited by success because once a film releases, I move on to the next film, the next genre. My basic idea in life is to keep on jumping to new genre and new subject. Also, do not take yourself so seriously. I think I made a mistake when I started my career by continuously doing action films. I always believe that if I want to do something for a long time, I should not be feeling bored with my work.’

Actor Rakul Preet Singh has confessed that she can't flirt and says she feels people don’t hit on her.
“I can have a conversation but I don't know how to flirt,” Rakul said.
Opening up about the qualities she looks for in a man, Rakul said, “I think something that is very important to me is intellect. I just need to have interesting conversation and it needs to be stimulating. Otherwise it is just going to be another 2-3 days, 2-3 weeks, 2-3 months and you can't really get along with that person for life. I think that there are not enough men with good conversations.”
Katy's lavish desert getaway
Singer Katy Perry celebrated her 35th birthday by flying 64 of her closest friends to Egypt.
The singer, who turned a year older on October 25, marked the occasion with a fun-filled 10-day cruise down the River Nile, riding camels through the desert and enjoying the sunset over the pyramids, all of which was captured in a slew of social media photos.
Among the guests was her fiance Orlando Bloom, who took to Instagram to share several photos from the outing including one of a romantic embrace with Perry with sunset behind him.
