Kartik has no time for love
Actor Kartik Aaryan, who will be seen in Pati, Patni Aur Woh, says he has no time for love and his sole focus is on his Bollywood career.
Kartik's assertion came in the wake of constant media reports linking him to various co-stars, from Sara Ali Khan to Ananya Panday. Asked if plans to settle down soon, the Luka Chuppi star preferred turning mamma's boy.
“I have to ask this to my mother. Now, I am focusing on my career,” he said.
His next film Pati, Patni Aur Woh is incidentally a comedy based on marital tension.
‘Acting has never been the end of my life because I have always had different interest areas. Acting has enabled me to do different things, whether it is my political career, social activism, entrepreneurship and enthusiasm as a fitness advocate. It has given me all that because I started living a public life as an actor.’ — Gul Panag
While inaugurating the Shoppers Stop store and unveiling the brand Disha Patani by Glam, actor Disha Patani said, “I am very excited to partner with the brand and Glam to launch a collection that will be fabulous, fun and flirty which is a true representative of who I am.”
She added that it is the go to destination for fashion and beauty and can’t wait for her fans from all over the country to wear the collection.
Kidman and Alexander re-unite
Director Robert Eggers' next film The Northman will star Nicole Kidman and Alexander Skarsgard.
The film is described as a viking revenge saga set in Iceland at the turn of the 10th century. In talks to join Kidman and Skarsgard are Anya Taylor-Joy, Bill Skarsgard and Oscar nominee Willem Dafoe.
Eggers will direct the film from a script he co-wrote with Icelandic poet and novelist Sjon.
Skarsgard and Kidman have previously worked together in the popular show Big Little Lies.
Skarsgard will next be seen in his forthcoming film Kong vs Godzilla. He recently booked the plum part of Randall Flagg in CBS All Access' adaptation of Stephen King's The Stand.
