Sidharth Malhotra claims that his forthcoming movie Brothers is “K3G with mixed martial arts”

The action Khiladi of Bollywood Akshay Kumar finds it unfair when people compare fight sequences in Hollywood films with those in Bollywood. He adds, “Considering the budget constraints, we are actually doing fine.”Akshay who was in the capital with Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez to promote their forthcoming movie, Brothers says, “He and Sidharth dedicated 52 days to shoot the climax alone.”

Kumar,who is gearing up for his emotional drama said that it is story of two brothers fighting against each other. Sidharth added, “The love-hate relationship that we usually have with our siblings is the basis of the movie. I am sure that men will also cry after watching the climax.”The family drama which promises to give a power-packed performance has  Fernandez in the lead playing the role of a mother for the first time. “They wanted me to play Jenny Fernandes. I was like, why would they want me in the filmIJ Forget that it’s a mother’s role and that not many people touch something like that, for me it’s been challenging because it was not just another mother role. It was about a mother whose child is suffering from an extremely serious illness and the family doesn’t have enough money to pay for the treatment,” Fernandez says.

Sidharth while briefing more about the movie said, “For me, it is Kabhi Khush Kabhi Gham but with added mix martial arts in it.” The movie will present Akshay and Sidharth as brothers fighting against each other. As Askhay is trained in martial arts, Sidharth had to undergo extra training for the role. “I have always seen him working in action movies and I really had to prepare myself to work with him,” he shared.

Akshay who has always tried to do something different from his previous roles, said that box-office collection does not matter to him. “For me, when I start thinking about box-office collection, then I am not unable to perform and I think an actor actually limits himself when he starts thinking about the collection,” said Kumar.
