Tata Power-DDl won a GOlD Category Awards at the International Convention on Quality Control Circles (ICQCC-2016) organized by the Association of QC at Bangkok, Thailand. Three Zonal Quality Circle Teams participated in the competition and all of them won.

Several Public Enterprises, Semi-Government and Private Organizations from the countries like India, Japan, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, China, Thailand, Indonesia, South Korea, Taiwan, Sri lanka participated in the convention. The Jury for the Award comprised of Senior Officials from leading International organisations.
