In a quest to promote a culture of transparency, an ‘Open House’ on Vigilance was conducted at Indian Oil Corporation limited, as a part of the ongoing Vigilance Awareness Week. The forum was addressed by Sanjiv Singh, director (refineries); D Sen, director (P&BD); BS Canth, director (marketing); and Anand Kumar, chief vigilance officer, and was attended by employees of various divisions of IndianOil.
Addressing the forum, Anand Kumar, CVO said, “In the quest to attain transparency it is important for the vigilance function to engage with the employees directly. The reason behind this forum is to remove any kind of misgivings or doubts the employees of PSUs have about the functioning of the vigilance department.”
