The sixth annual general meeting of Central Railside Warehouse Company limited was held recently. It was presided by Dr CV Ananda Bose, who highlighted the performance and the achievements as per MoU BB Pattanaik, appreciated the handling of around 10 million tonnes of Railway Cargo at the Railside Warehouse Complexes and turnover increase of 13.10 per cent. PBT has shown increase of over 20 per cent.
Vinod Asthana, managing director, CRWC informed the shareholders about the new initiatives, diversification and expansion plans of the Company. Briefing on the new projects being undertaken by the organisation was also appreciated by the shareholders. He assured the shareholders that the company is set to achieve greater heights in the field of logistics and warehousing.
He expressed his gratitude to the department of food and public distribution, Indian Railways, Central Warehousing Corporation, etc who continued to repose their faith and trust in the management.
