The Pay Revision of executives of the National Fertilisers Limited (NFL) has been approved by the Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilisers, DV Sadananda Gowda. NFL is the largest fertiliser manufacturer among the public sector undertakings.
NFL’s chairman and managing director, Manoj Mishra, expressed gratitude towards the minister and thanked him for giving impetus to pay revision of the company. An approximate 3,400 employees and their families, also extended thanks to the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilisers for issuing Presidential Directive in respect of pay revision. The employees also expressed their sincere thanks to Rao Inderjit Singh, the Minister of State for Chemicals and Fertilisers for his support, which has been a motivating force for NFL.
It is pertinent to mention that NFL has been performing exceedingly well on all fronts consecutively for the last three years. From being a Urea producing company, NFL has expanded and diversified into fertiliser imports, seeds, agro-chemicals and other businesses.
