Paul George Global School, located in the heart of the city at Alaknanda, South Delhi, has opened its premises for community welfare, supporting the nation’s vaccination drive and contributing efficiently and effectively towards a safer, Covid-free India.

The school, under Muthoot Group’s Education Division, has stepped forward in participating in the welfare of society. As a part of its CSR initiative, The Muthoot Group has time and again taken up innumerable novel initiatives to bring a fundamental change in society. Alexander George Muthoot, Deputy Managing Director of The Muthoot Group and Vice-Chairman of Paul George Global School emphasises, “We continue to remain dedicated and committed in line with the vision of our Group Chairman Late MG George Muthoot and strive to do our best for the noble cause of community welfare, now and always.”

Against the backdrop of the pandemic, the school along with its parent company, The Muthoot Group, successfully conducted a two-day vaccination drive, thereby encouraging people to actively participate as responsible citizens in the nation’s drive to fight against COVID-19 collectively. The camp was organized in partnership with the Aravali Apartments’ Residents’ Welfare Association and Max Smart Hospital, Saket at the Paul George Global School (PGGS) campus for the people residing in the school vicinity.

As an educational institution, PGGS is playing a significant role to create a safer bubble for the people to join hands as a community and shield themselves and in turn the children too. The school's world-class state of the art infrastructure, with an eco-friendly and energy-efficient operational module, was offered as a hygienically safe platform for people from all walks of life to walk in for their vaccination. The go-green design of the school ensured that the people coming in for the vaccination are kept safe and made comfortable in every possible manner.

As a part of ongoing CSR initiatives, the school believes in creating possibilities and touching lives by reaching out to the community not just for educational purposes but also by living up to the requirements of the prevailing times as with COVID-19, when all need to join hands to heal the world. We believe, in leading by example and thus, with such initiatives, we look forward to bringing a radical change in society and redefining the roles schools must play towards nurturing young minds in giving back to society. We feel ecstatic with the successful run of the drive.
