Oriental Bank of Commerce as convener for State Level Bankers’ Committee, NCT of Delhi, organised the 97th SLBC meeting. Representatives of all the banks and other organisations participated. The meeting was chaired by Mukesh Kumar Jain, MD and CEO, Oriental Bank of Commerce.
On the occasion of Constitution Day, the house took a pledge. Mukesh, addressed the house and shared performance of all the banks under various parameters and government sponsored schemes in financial inclusion. Ajay Kumar, regional director, RBI, in his speech, informed about the latest developments made by RBI. The other dignitaries also shared their views. Sukesh Kumar Gupta, GM, SLBC-NCT of Delhi, pointed out all the agendas in the meeting.
The other banking parameters such as Priority sector advances, Agriculture advances, MSME advances, Export, Housing, Education were discussed and reviewed. The meeting was very informative and banks were guided for better growth of government schemes.
