The newly appointed Vice Chancellor of PDM University, Prof. A K Bakhshi, has been conferred with prestigious Haryana Ratan award for his contributions in the field of education at the 35th Haryana State Award Ceremony function in Chandigarh. The event, organised by the All India Conference of Intellectuals was presided over by former Governor of Chattisgarh, lt. Gen. K M Seth. A renowned professor of chemistry, Prof. Bakhshi holds the prestigious Sir Shankar lal Chair of Chemistry at Delhi University. Recipient of numerous awards and academic honours, Prof. Bakhshi is also the leading expert of India in the field of e-learning. (ISCA).
He has also been the Director of the Illl, University of Delhi.
