Master chef Stanley lum brings to you the magnificent renditions of chili crab, butter crab, black pepper crab and many more at My Humble House, ITC Maurya, to bring to you the secrets of Chinese history.
The special crab menu includes signature crab delicacies like Singapore chili crab — fresh cracked crab simmered in sauce made of fresh red chillies and whole onions; Malaysian style crab curry, crab cooked with a melange of eggplant, in a Malay sauce.
